These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the coaching services provided by Longevity Bros Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By booking, purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
Longevity Bros Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16544997, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@longevity-bros.com.
We provide personal performance, mindset and lifestyle coaching, together with individually structured coaching programmes. All coaching is delivered remotely, primarily by video call, and any accompanying materials are provided digitally. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our services.
Sessions are booked through our website. Once a session time is confirmed it is reserved for you. Rescheduling and cancellation are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices for sessions, packages and memberships are shown on our website and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content, programmes, protocols and materials we provide remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. They are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, resold or shared without our written permission.
We treat information you share with us as confidential and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ask that you likewise keep the content of your coaching sessions confidential.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from your own decisions or actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may decline or end a coaching relationship where it is not appropriate to continue. Where we do so, any fees paid for services not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
